We are delighted to announce this limited edition version of the Mercedes-Benz Unimog 406 Series U900 (Item 58692) with pre-painted, pre-cut body/wheel arches, great for not only veterans but also beginners.


About the model
• This is a 1/10 R/C model assembly kit. Length: 384mm, width: 196mm, height: 224mm. Wheelbase: 242mm.
• The new polycarbonate body is pre-painted in PS-32 Corsa Gray (lower body sections in black), pre-cut body/wheel arches for minimal hassle.
• The CC-02 chassis is designed for a wide range of off-road scenes including rocky terrain, and its ladder frame is inspired by full-size vehicles and is the base for its superior durability.
• Includes block pattern tires paired with red ABS wheels.
• Propeller shafts (short: 76mm) are also included.
• A 4WD setup employs the motor longitudinally behind the front axle with separated gearbox and transfer case, and propeller shafts transmitting power to the differential gears front and rear.
• Tamiya TBLE-04S and Tamiya Tye 540 motor are included.
• LED lights are included.

 

CC-02 Chassis - Off Road, Evolved

 

Designed for a wide range of off-road scenes including rocky terrain, the CC-02 chassis" ladder frame is inspired by full-size vehicles and is the base for its superior durability.

A 4WD setup employs the motor longitudinally behind the front axle with separated gearbox and transfer case, and propeller shafts transmitting power to the differential gears front and rear. Four-link rigid suspension is employed front and rear, with CVA oil dampers for all-encompassing control, even on tricky rock sections.

 

CC-02 Tech Spec Images

Both front and rear ends of the CC-02 chassis utilize 4-link rigid setups with shock absorption provided by CVA oil dampers.

The motor is mounted in the chassis front-middle; power goes via gearbox and propeller shafts to front and rear axles.

Up to 20 different gear ratios can be achieved with reassembly of the gearbox and use of separately sold pinion gears.

Reinforced plastic axle housings each contain a differential, which can be locked with reassembly.

A highly capable off-road drive awaits, with shaft-driven 4WD and front/rear 4-link rigid suspension setups on the CC-02 chassis

Axle housings are molded in reinforced plastic, and house 3-bevel differentials. They can be locked when running on lower-grip surfaces
